The play guide

How to play Solitaire Tripeaks

Removing a card both changes the active rank and can uncover another part of a peak. When two moves are available, compare what each reveals before choosing the longer-looking chain. The draw pile is limited, so use it when the board cannot continue your sequence.

Your goal

Clear the peaks before exhausting the draw pile.

Controls

Click or tap a face-up card to play it, or select the draw pile for a new active card.

Your first round

  1. Choose a face-up card one rank above or below the active card; suit and color do not matter.
  2. Use that removed card as the next active rank and inspect newly exposed cards.
  3. Tap the draw pile when no board move is available.

This guide is based on the supplied game instructions.

Tips for your next attempt

  • Prioritize moves that uncover face-down cards while continuing a sequence.
  • Check both directions in rank before spending another draw-pile card.

Watch out for

  • A face-down card cannot be selected simply because its position looks useful.
  • Spending the draw pile unnecessarily can leave no way to finish the last peak.
