How to play Magic Solitaire
The active card sets the next available ranks: one higher or one lower. Each removal changes that reference, so look for a sequence rather than a single matching value. Drawing from the deck changes the active card but interrupts the current chain.
Your goal
Clear the field by building higher-or-lower card sequences.
Controls
Tap or click an available card to play it. Select the face-down deck when you need a new active card.
Your first round
- Read the active card at the bottom.
- Tap an available field card one rank above or below it.
- Continue from the newly active card, drawing from the deck when no useful move remains.

Tips for your next attempt
- Compare both the higher and lower options before starting a sequence.
- Favor a move that opens another playable card before using the draw pile.
Watch out for
- The same rank is not a valid higher-or-lower move.
- Drawing before inspecting exposed cards can end a useful sequence prematurely.
