The play guide
How to play Brain Shredder
Brain Shredder combines pattern copying with a change of viewpoint. A radar rotation means the same arrangement must be interpreted in a new orientation. The countdown continues between patterns, so the task is to read the change efficiently without using up the allowed mistakes.
Your goal
Reproduce as many correct patterns as possible before time or the mistake allowance runs out.
Controls
Tap or left-click a grid button to toggle its yellow light on or off.
Your first round
- Observe the pattern and the radar's current orientation.
- Toggle the corresponding buttons on the main grid.
- If the radar turns, reinterpret the positions before entering the next pattern.
This guide is based on the supplied game instructions.
Tips for your next attempt
- Check the radar's orientation before reproducing the pattern.
- Use a distinctive corner or asymmetric feature as an anchor after a rotation.
- Compare lit and unlit positions before moving on; matching the number of lights is not enough.
Watch out for
- Copying the old orientation after a rotation produces the wrong arrangement.
- Matching only the number of active squares can hide a misplaced light.
