How to play evolution of wukong
The grid is a production network. A multiplier gear only helps troop gears whose teeth connect to it, so free space around a strong multiplier can be more valuable than an isolated extra gear. Inspect the connected outputs after merging, not just the new level number.
Your goal
Produce an army that destroys the enemy hut.
Controls
Tap shop options to buy gears. Drag them onto the grid, and drag identical gears together to merge them.
Your first round
- Buy multiplier and troop gears using meat.
- Drag them onto the grid so their teeth interlock and produce soldiers.
- Merge matching gears, then rearrange the network to keep useful troop gears connected.

Tips for your next attempt
- Place troop gears so their teeth connect to a working multiplier gear.
- Give a strong multiplier room to drive several troop gears rather than isolating it in a corner.
Watch out for
- A high-level multiplier placed in isolation produces little benefit.
- Filling all neighboring spaces can prevent a stronger multiplier from serving several troop gears.
